Next Step Program (Youth Group)

What It’s About

• Make new friends and connect with others who understand
• Learn ways to handle stress, emotions, and tough situations
• Build confidence, communication, and healthy coping skills

Program Options

Option 1 – Youth Group Only

Weekly group 

$25 per session. 

Not covered by insurance.
Group sessions are in-person only.

Option 2 – Youth Group + Therapy
Weekly group  

Individual therapy (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
Some insurances accepted/covered.
Group is in-person. Therapy may be in-person or online.

Option 3 – Youth Group + Therapy + Career Exploration
Weekly group

Individual therapy

Career assessment to support education/work planning.

• Referrals can also be submitted securely at www.stages.care.
• Attendance documentation can be provided upon request (with authorization).
• Some insurances accepted/covered; small additional testing fee.
• (Group is in-person. Therapy may be in-person or online.)
